Summary: TalkyPaste offers 25 free messages so you can fully evaluate the Service before paying. Because of this free trial period, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable.
1. Try Before You Buy
Every new user gets 25 free messages at no cost, no payment info required. This gives you full access to all features so you can evaluate before committing.
2. No Refunds on Subscriptions
Because of the free tier, all subscription payments are non-refundable. This applies to monthly subscription fees and recurring charges after auto-renewal. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you tested the Service during the free tier, the digital service begins immediately upon payment, and you waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law.
3. Cancellation
Cancel anytime via your Lemon Squeezy customer portal. No charge for the next billing period. Full access until end of current paid period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier. No partial refunds for unused time.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider exceptions for duplicate charges due to technical error, or extended outages (7+ consecutive days). Contact hello@talkypaste.com within 14 days with your device UUID and description.
5. Payment Disputes
Please contact us at hello@talkypaste.com before initiating a chargeback.
6. Payment Provider
All payments processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as Merchant of Record.
